Do I have to be a member to open an account?
The Credit Union is a mutual financial services organisation and as such is owned by its members, each one of whom is a shareholder. Therefore we require that you must be a member of the Credit Union to open an account. Learn more about becoming a member. ^
How much do I need to deposit to open an account?
It only takes $1 to open an access account. ^
How do I make deposits to my account?
You can arrange to make deposits to your account either by direct credit of payroll or other income, transfer from another savings or transaction account, Internet or telephone banking transfer or over the counter at our branch. Learn more about these methods of deposit. ^
How do I make withdrawals from my account?
Walk, talk, tap, dial or write. Youll find accessing your accounts easy and very convenient with a range of options from personal branch service through to the Internet, please refer to the accessing your money section of the site. ^
How often will I receive information on my account?
Statements are issued at least every six months. More frequent or duplicate statements can be requested at any time from our branch, however a fee may apply for duplicate statements.
Account Balances and Statements are also available through our internet and telephone banking services. ^
