If you cant get into our branch, you can call one of our friendly staff members on (03) 5032 2075. You can get all the information and advice you would normally get in a branch, and we can arrange to post, email or fax additional information to you.
Branch Service

RediNet
RediNet is a fast, sophisticated and very secure Internet service. Naturally, it is available around the clock every day of the year. You can use this service to check on your accounts, pay bills using BPAY, transfer funds between your accounts and to other financial institutions, handle your business banking, monitor recent cheque book, credit and debit card transactions, view information on interest you have earned or paid, and a host more.
RediTel
RediTel is a telephone system which enables you access to your account 24 hours a day seven days a week.
To access the service simply call one of our friendly staff members on (03) 5032 2075. The service is free, all you pay for is the cost of the phone call.
BPAY
No one likes paying bills, it can be a real pain. For most people, paying in person or by mail is not always convenient. Paying a single bill by phone is convenient but can be time-consuming.
Now there's another way. BPAY. With BPAY, you can pay all those tiresome bills in one hit - over the phone or over the Internet 24 hours, 365 days a year. BPAY is easier, faster, better.
Redicard
Redicard is linked to your savings accounts and provides you with access to your funds and cash advances, 24 hours a day through 12,000 ATMs and 362,000 EFTPOS outlets around Australia and through hundreds of thousands of outlets around the world.
Direct Debit/Credit Services
You can remove the hassle and time associated with paying bills by setting up a Direct Debit. With a Direct Debit you can specify the recipient, amount and the nominated intervals of your payments. You can also arrange to have money credited directly into your account with our Direct Credit system. These services are free of charge.
Personal Cheque Books
You don't need separate cheque and savings accounts. You can link a cheque
book to almost any account. We can provide you with a personal cheque book which operates on your General Savings or Pensioner Deeming Account. Our cheque books come in books of 25, 50 or 100.
Payroll Deductions
As a Credit Union member you can have all or part of your pay deposited automatically into your account along with other funds such as rent on your investment property, share dividends, or social security payments. You can automatically repay any of your loans with funds you have at other financial institutions and have your bills paid automatically from the account you nominate.
Periodical Payments
This service enables you to make a payment or transfer to yourself or another party from your savings account on a regular basis.
Periodical payments can be set up to recur (e.g. weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly) for an indefinite or fixed number of payments or transfers.
Outgoing payments can be in the form of transfers to another member's account or another financial institution. Payments can also be by cheque posted to an address you nominate.
Travelex Cash Passport Cards
Travelex Cash Passport cards are a pre-paid, PIN-protected card that enables you to obtain local currency from over 800,000 VISA and PLUS ATM's around the world- in effect, a plastic travellers cheque.
As no value is kept on the card (all funds are retained on VISA's host system they are secure, if a card is lost or stolen, no-one can access your money (provided the PIN is kept secret).

The MyCard MasterCard offers up to 55 days interest free and also comes with a PayLite option, which allows you to spread the payment of large value purchases over time at a discounted interest rate.
